kiex its 2.34am now.. Tiz time round gonna post something different... It is more personal to me, as in daily lifestyle routine.... Oh im really tired... Can u see me sweating? lols... Kiex here goes some of my juunk food... Oh I love this, be it corn flakes, honey star or koko krunch!! All are so yummy!! WOOHOO!!! And these are my daily cup noodles..........l o l s... Myojo Soto Ayam, damm nice u all can try... And here are sweets, chocolates, all those junky food/// lols/// Oh tiz is hagen daz Ice Cream.. YummY~~ Exp stuff hor.. aNd that box is Ice Cream Moon Cake.. Lols.. =) Moon cake!! i Juz ate these, single york mooncake ~~~ Actually it is whole piece but i ate till left like this... cannot ta han liaos.. hahs Of cuz i also got healthy stuffs wor... loL HL MILK!! actually its for the corn flakes LOL... Kiex la no more liaos... shall end here lols =) oH ya i got a new vcd kum dvd set Lols my parents piAo for me de ( as in go dinner then got those call for price de thingy... ) So i now re-watching Forbbiden City... Kiex la end liao Nights!!!
Just came back from a jog ( surprisingly, tiz is the first time i went for a jog in 19 years alone... ) Not to praise myself but i have deproved but still up to standard... hahs... Why suddenly wan to go jog leix... Basically, there are a number of reasons... Firstly, I am really bored at home, have been rotting now and then ever since I withdraw from school... Work Rot wOrk rOt... Cannot stand... hahs... Secondly, I realised that i am getting fatter and fatter, now ppl will say you so thin! where got fat!.. Well I know myself the best -_- I really growing fat!! I got a small tummy now!!! Sad~ Ppl say supper gain fats fast.. Its real damm true man... Have been having lots of supper lately and worse of all its all junk food... gosh~ =) Lastly, It's because I want to keep myself fit as I dunno when i will be serving my NS, so now dun keep fit wait till go in and suffer mehx?? hahas...
Kiex la so so much reasons to jogging and guess wat i Jog around 10km or maybe a bit lesser... The route are pretty like, My house(Redhill)(1) -> Tiong Bahru Road (Beside Tiong Bahru Plaza) -> Lower Delta Road(Near River Valley, Boon Tong Ki) -> Alexandra Road (Lower Delta Swimming Complex) -> My house(Redhill)(2) -> Tiong Bahru Road (Beside Tiong Bahru Plaza) -> Henderson Road (Along Henderson Secondary) -> Bukit Merah (Beside Bukit Merah Interchange) -> Redhill Close (Behind My House) -> My house (Redhill)(3).... That's pretty the route.. Of cuz i din ran 1 shot la... Of cuz i got take a break when i pass by my hse the first time... Meaning at (2) I Stop there did 30 push up rest abt 5 mins before i start running again... Oh ya I ran past a fitness corner so i stop and go to do pull ups... And happy to say I can't even pull once... Its not surprising to me as i know i can't.. hahs.. I left home at 1.15 am and reached home around 2.20am, so is it gd or bad? still can make it la hor, im not tat weak lols... Kiex its pretty tiring now...
